Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSW) 

The Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) is the most popular pathway for Quebec Immigration, which ultimately leads to permanent residency Canada. The program is targeted at skilled workers, wherein all prospective applicants must demonstrate a relevant work experience. The QSW follows a points-based system, which means candidates must grab minimum scores in order to be considered for migration.   

The Quebec Skilled Worker Program does not require candidates to demonstrate French language proficiency to apply, however, having French language skills would be a bonus points in the assessment grid.

The Quebec Investor Program is designed for seasoned investors who have sufficient personal assets and managerial experience to invest in a business in Quebec. Investors who are willing to migrate to Quebec must demonstrate a minimum of $2 million CAD legally acquired net assets, along with the ability to invest at least $1.2 million CAD with a financial intermediary in Quebec.  

The invested amount must have been acquired through legal sources, and must not include gifts or donation received within 6 months of the date of application. However, investors can include assets of their spouse or common-law partner.

Quebec Entrepreneur Program 

The Quebec Entrepreneur Program is an immigration pathway created for wealthy entrepreneurs who want to establish a new business or buy an already existing business in Quebec. Quebec Experience Program (PEQ)

To apply, you must demonstrate relevant work experience in Quebec either as an international student or temporary worker. Quebec Self-Employed Program

The Quebec Self-Employed Worker Program is an immigration pathway for self-employed persons.
